Are your hoodies heavyweight?
Yes. Our hoodies are crafted from premium 380 GSM heavyweight fleece, offering exceptional warmth, durability, and comfort while maintaining a luxurious feel.
What is embroidery?
Embroidery is a premium stitching technique where the design is sewn directly into the fabric rather than printed. This creates a more durable, textured, and long-lasting finish.
How does your sizing fit?
Most CLOVISX garments are designed with a relaxed oversized fit.
If you prefer:
* A true oversized look → choose your normal size.
* A more fitted look → size down.

Will the embroidery fade?
No. Our embroidery is stitched using high-quality threads designed for long-lasting wear when cared for correctly.

How should I wash my clothing?
To keep your CLOVISX garments looking their best:
* Machine wash at 30°C
* Wash inside out
* Do not bleach
* Air dry where possible
* Cool iron on reverse
* Do not iron directly over embroidery
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes. If the size isn’t quite right, contact us within 14 days and we’ll help arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
