Roots to Royal Street Before there was CLOVISX, there was Vishant Clothes Store — a family tailoring business rooted in rural Panchmahal, Gujarat, passed down for over 100 years. What started as a small store serving a local community has now travelled across generations and continents. CLOVISX carries that same craft and care into a new world: London’s streets, reimagined through streetwear. Every piece we make is a thread back to where we started — and a step toward where we’re going. From Roots to Royal Street isn’t just a tagline. It’s our story. Products and Pricing
We aim to display our products and colours as accurately as possible, but cannot
guarantee your screen reflects true colour.
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to update product availability
at any time.
Orders Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only once we confirm
dispatch by email.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or stock/pricing
errors. Payments for cancelled orders are refunded in full.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Risk passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect
delivery information provided by the customer.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers may cancel their order
within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, and return the goods within a further 14
days at their own cost.
This does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items (e.g. custom embroidery), or
unsealed goods that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
Returns and Refunds
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the
return.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund
under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — contact us at [insert email].
Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, graphics, and the CLOVISX name are the property of ClovisX Netra Ltd.
Reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.
OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
